1. Acceptance

By accessing or using finopsmind.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You must sign in via an authorised OAuth provider (Microsoft or Google). You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your credentials or use another person's account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Share misleading, false, or harmful information
  • Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation
  • Scrape the platform in a way that disrupts service
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FinOpsMind a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.

5. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. We are not obligated to review all content before it is posted.

6. Disclaimers

Content on the platform is contributed by community members and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or technical advice. FinOpsMind provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinOpsMind shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
